Florida West Insurance Testimonial
Dear Dianna:
As you may recall, I previously expressed to you, on several occasions, my disappointment regarding the handling of the policies with previous agents. At the time, I advised you that I have never dealt with an Insurance Company wherein the same information (i.e. photos, letters, etc) was not only provided once, but more than five times. Not to mention the numerous e-mails sent back and forth. Every time my agent requested information which was provided before, same was provided to her immediately. As you know, the policies were almost canceled due to inappropriate mishandling of the Insurance Company.
However, I would like to thank you for all your assistance during that time of crises. You are truly a professional and an asset to your office. Your prompt responses in solving every issue presented by past Insurance Companies is greatly appreciated. Thank you for a job well done.
